Day 1: Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa (Big Tree Camp)
Elevation: 2,100m to 2,820m | Distance: 6 km | Hiking Time: 3–4 hours

After registration at Londorossi Gate, drive to the Lemosho trailhead. Begin your trek through the dense, untouched rainforest filled with exotic birdlife and Black and White Colobus monkeys, arriving at Big Tree Camp for your first night on the mountain.
Day 2: Mti Mkubwa to Shira 2 Camp
